Summary: Was given a room next to the elevator. Wasn’t an issue till later. Noise coming in and out of the elevator kept waking me up. Asked how my stay was while checking out I told the desk my issues. Was told that was too bad. Not exactly the response I expected.

Summary: Clean hotel, nice quiet spacious room. Although the room did not have a couch, it had plenty of space with two extra chairs and ottoman for seating. Grateful for the microwave and mini refrigerator. Staff were very responsive and friendly. We loved the pretty green field view from our room.

Summary: the Keurig machine did not work - but the rarely do. Terrible fight and chaos in room across hall. Guests had to be escorted out. Scary

Summary: I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn on most of my visits to Maryland. This was my only uncomfortable experience. Dirty gunk was coming up through the drain in the tub, ants were in the sink for some reason so I ran water to flush them. The bed was not comfortable and there was no sofa chair to sit in. My husband has Pancreatic Cancer and Parkinsonism and needed a decent chair, not a desk chair. It’s sad that you have to sit on a bed for your entire visit for as much as it cost to stay in the rooms. It’s just not a comfortable feeling. The rooms could also use a full size refrigerator like Home 2 Suites. That’s where I will be staying from now on. I try to stay at places located to my son and his family but not to be uncomfortable. Other than that the staff was friendly as always.
